The reservations you have made through our website are valid under the following conditions:
We maintain a secure environment for information entry on our website. Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive an email to the submitted email address stating that a reservation has been received as specified. Keep this email as you will not be able to access it again through the site. By submitting an email address for booking, you will have agreed in advance to receive marketing and announcement emails by SIXT Rent A Car. You will also have agreed in advance to have marketing SMS sent to the mobile number you have provided.
In case of inconsistency in reservation information such as price, vehicle group, or rental dates, SIXT Rent A Car records will be taken as the basis. SIXT Rent A Car will not be held liable for any typos or any possible lack of information.
In case of a request to change reservation conditions (postponing or advancing your return date, changing drop off station, changing vehicle group, including an additional driver to the contract), your request may be denied, an additional fee may be charged for changes, or your discount on your rental fee may be cancelled.
The boarding card may be required for certain airport rentals. Please contact our Call Center at 0850 222 000 for more information.
All prices listed on our website include the Collision Insurance With Exemptions, VAT, and the mileage allowance.
In the event of a change on the rental date during booking or renting, the standard list price specified in the lease will be applied.
A lease contract will be signed during rental. SIXT Rent A Car may refuse to deliver the car if it deems necessary despite your booking. Please contact our Call Center for further information.
While not often, the car make and model you've booked may be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.
Even though all precautions have been taken to prevent any problems in your travels, please contact us through the emergency numbers provided in case of any need.
Upon booking confirmation, our reservation department will either call you or send a message. You may pay by "mail order" or upon car pick up by credit card. Depending on the type of your rental car, a pre-authorization of at least 1,000 Turkish lira may be blocked on your credit card. SIXT Rent A Car may refuse to deliver the car despite a confirmed reservation if it deems necessary and will refund any prepaid fees to cancel car delivery.
If you wish for your company to use the "payment against invoice" (Current Account) method to pay the rental fee, please fill out the Current Account Contract for our accounting department to reach out to your responsible personnel on the matter.
