Prepaid reservation conditions
The payment credit card holder (with the username written on the card) and the person who will receive the car must be the same person. The payment card will be required to be presented at the office.
Our reservation cancellation and refund conditions for car rentals from SIXT are as follows:
1- If there is more than an hour before the rental time, you can cancel your reservation without giving any reason. The entire reservation fee will be returned to your credit card, submitted on reservation, within seven working days.
2- If the reservation is canceled within an hour before the rental time, a three-day rental fee and any extra purchased services and products are deducted from the reservation amount with the remaining amount returned to the credit card provided during reservation within seven days. If the rental period is less than three days, no refund will be made.
3- If the car is not picked up at the reservation time without the reservation being canceled, then the conditions of cancellation within an hour before the rental time will be applied and a three-day rental fee and any extra purchased services and products are deducted from the reservation amount with the remaining amount returned to the credit card provided during reservation within seven days.
4- If the car is delivered earlier than the rental period once the car is received, the fee will not be refunded for the remaining reservation days.
