How to pay your rental fee? We are reviewing all payment methods.

While all credit and debit cards of internationally-recognized credit card companies like Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa are accepted for payment, any prepaid cards or American Express are not accepted methods of payment. The payment method must be issued to the name of the driver. This document should be submitted at car pick up and should be valid for the current period. The renter should be the owner of the credit card used in payment.

Information on the authorized driver and payment method will be confirmed during booking and will not be changed. Any and all additional expenses incurred during car rental will be charged to this credit card.

SIXT Turkey cannot be held liable for the difference between the paid and the refunded amounts due to fluctuating exchange rates and other possible banking costs.

SIXT CarExpress Servicecard (Advantage Circle) is only accepted with a valid credit card.

Cash Payment is not accepted.

Please note that credit card PIN may be required for credit card payments.

An approval is obtained for the advance fee for the selected collateral payment method. Since the deposit amount depends on the vehicle, the exact amount is determined at the collection.

Credit card "mail order" transactions must be allowed in order to obtain deposit approval.S Code

Customers are required to present two credit cards issued by two different banks to rent one of the following vehicles: ILAR, PDAR, LDAR.

Gold or Platinum Card holders are exempt from this rule if they have rented a car from SIXT within the last 3 months.

Diamond card holders do not need to show additional credit cards as collateral.

Furthermore, it is usually not possible to rent more than one car charged on a single credit card. Exceptions are only possible after consultation with your SIXT station.
